    Great idea. I love this.! Then to add more benifit do some kegal exercises- Pelvic floor lifts. Start of with 3 sets of 10 and add more as you build strength. Due to aging, being on our feet a lot, heavy lifting and for some woman childbearing we start to prolapse. (Our skin gets loose, our organs fall, our muscles fall). Add some inner body lifts. :)
