		<description><![CDATA[What one could say is why spoil a perfectly good salad made out of exact same ingredients? What I found the salad  a) takes longer to make b) takes longer to eat c) does not give you the same energy zip. I think it&#039;s because a lot of nutrients in the soup version are digested much quicker and also, quite likely, more fully. Especially with the spinach part of it, as human stomachs are not designed for digesting large quantity of greens.]]></description>
