		<description><![CDATA[From what I saw on my cross-Canada dojo visiting trip, all of the people that have been training for a long time are indeed very relaxed - until the very last moment of strike - then their whole body tenses and becomes so hard, it practically feels like you are getting hit by (or hitting) a two by four! So... mostly relaxed - until the moment when it&#039;s necessary tense up. Isn&#039;t it the law of life as well? 

I think once the beginner learns this art  to tense at the last moment, all of their &quot;other&quot; life will be taken care of!! Relax until the moment of asking for a raise or relax until you need to open that parachute or until that  last powerful presentation slide or until that difficult relationship talk. I can&#039;t wait to get there!]]></description>
